I’m focusing about software problems only. Normally after we upgrade Software for SP2000 to V7.7, DIC and FMPC, we noticed that Scanner can not scan file to DIC or when sorted printed film there is no files display on FMP Controller.
Here are some special point need to consider:

-Make sure EZPC, DIC and FMPC are in the same workgroup with no other PC included.
-Please don’t install any antiviruse or Firewall software on DIC or FMPC.
-Please fun the LefacyConfigurationTool that come with S2 CD.
-Make sure all EZPC, DIC and FMPC’s date and time are the same.
-Make sure you don’t you simple file sharing services in DIC.
