Our main concern is manufacturing, developing, repairing an upgradingof electrostatic loudspeakers of all brands, including magneticallydriven panels. .
We also produce and repair true ribbons of all brands, includingDecca-Kelly and Magenpan ribbons.
A side effect of this work is the capability of being able to repairall kinds of planar speakers, from full range speakers to tweeters ofall brands.

Alex Shackman, former audio engineer at the BBC and in the army,worked together with Peter Walker of 'Quad' on the development of amodern electrostatic loudspeaker.

Amplifiers for Electrostatic Loudspeakers
We are specialized on building transformerless direct coupledamplifiers for driving electrostatic loudspeakers.
There are two principal versions of the Shackman Reromanus OTL amps.
The V-Type and the T-type. The first one is based on tubes, Thelatter is based on High-Voltage Transistor technology.
Both types deliver output without the use of a step-up transformer.These amps are available ready to go or as kits.

Repair, refoam of Focal, Podszus-Görlich, Leak and other Special Dynamic Speakers
We offer repair services for several famousdynamic speakers, including Podszus Görlich, Focal, Magnepan, Bowers& Wilkins. We also handle all kinds of true ribbon speakers. These vintagespeakers are very rare and spare speakers are not available.
Unfortunately original Podszus-Görlich and B&W DM70 drivers areno longer available. So repair is the only solution to get them back towork correctly.
